All Sales Final Policy
Returns and refunds are not possible - meaning once the customer buys a product, they will not be able to return it or get a refund - unless due to manufacturer defect.
Customer may be eligible for an in-store credit due to manufacturer defect.
- Customer must have space cleared out so delivery guys can move new product in.
- A delivery charge will be applied based on where customer lives.
- Delivery techs will call customer before they leave on delivery, if no answer, the delivery will not be done.
- Someone over the age of 18 years old must be present at the home during the time of delivery.
- All merchandise will have to be picked up/delivered within 30 days of the purchase, after 30 days a $50 storage fee will be charged per month.
Special Order Policy
All special orders are required to have, at least, a 50% non-refundable deposit/down payment before the order can be placed. Due to this item being ordered especially for the customer at their request. Cancellations will not be accepted and there will be no refund except in the case of manufacturer defect or damage.
Full payment is required prior to scheduling delivery of the special-order items. When you purchased, if you chose not to wait for your special-order items to come in before the in-stock items were delivered, then you will be responsible for paying a second delivery fee when they do arrive, even if you paid a delivery fee already. The delivery fee is for one trip only, unless otherwise specified.
Vendor delivery times vary. Bullock Furniture is only provided with an estimated time of delivery date. The date is not guaranteed and is subject to change. Bullock Furniture is not responsible for the manufacturer's delivery delays. No refunds are allowed on special order merchandise due to the manufacturer's delivery time.
Defective Or Damaged Items

Most of our items include a one-year parts and labor warranty. In order to file a claim, you may be asked for photos of the defect/damage by email or text in order for the claim to be processed. Must have proof of purchase, item numbers, and serial numbers. Products will be delivered by one of our delivery teams for all local deliveries. Upon delivery, inspect your product for any damages/defects. If the product is damaged or defective, you have the right to refuse delivery. The store must be notified immediately before the delivery techs leave if the product is damaged/defective. If damage is noticed after the delivery techs leave, you have 48 hours to file a claim (damage only).
